What i have done to it.
So far I have added the rally wheels, some new *used* tires, tuned up the motor slightly and painted it a nice shiny light blue. I have also done some bondoing *yuck i know but it works for now*. I have big plans for my little 2 wheeler though...

What i know of the history.
Well i know she came form somewhere called Nevada, Iowa. then some how she got all the way to Kentucky and stayed.
In 86 she was in Hartford, KY. i know this because there was a dog's rabbies vaccine tag in the toolbox.
Fast forward to December of 2001.
I have just sold my tobacco crop and I am looking for a truck. I have already decided nothing newer then 80 and i really want a 67-72. I had found a 72 cheyenne,with auto and was a C10. They wanted for it and it was in very very rough shape. I was thinking about it and was also flipping thru the local newspaper when i saw the ad...1971 Chevrolet Pick-Up runs good
So I called and left to go see it right after I hung up. When i got there the wind was blowing very bad and it was getting dark and was cold. So i huredly looked at it, listened to it run for a minute or two, then we went in. We talked for a few minutes about it. i decided i wanted it. I forked over the cash and the next week brought it home.
Ok now we're at home again and looking for parts. i get a call from a freind and i mention my truck. He says i have some rally wheels that will fit that. You can have them for . so theres my new wheels. I bought some more parts for it over the next few months and now the interior is done and it is now actually driveable.
